SuperCompass Membership Service Agreement

This Membership Service Agreement applies to paid subscription features in SuperCompass ("Membership" or "SuperCompass Pro").
1. Membership Overview
1.
Membership is an optional paid digital subscription that unlocks premium features in the App.
2.
Available plans, feature scope, subscription period, and pricing are shown on the in-app purchase page at checkout.
3.
Feature availability may vary by device capability, system permissions, and regional/platform limitations.
2. Membership Features
Depending on your active plan and current app version, premium features may include:
1.
An ad-reduced or ad-free experience (if ads are displayed in your region/version).
2.
Enhanced tool capabilities (for example, higher precision or additional utility options).
3.
Expanded watermark/photo utility options.
4.
Other premium features clearly marked in the subscription page.
Only features explicitly shown to you at the time of purchase are part of your subscription entitlement.
3. Purchase, Activation, and Duration
1.
Membership starts after successful payment confirmation from Apple.
2.
Membership remains active for the purchased period and renews automatically unless canceled under the Auto-Renewal Agreement.
3.
You can restore eligible purchases using the in-app restore option and Apple account used for purchase.
4. Billing and Refunds
1.
Billing is processed by Apple, not directly by SuperCompass.
2.
Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies and applicable law.
3.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you should contact Apple billing support first.
5. Changes to Membership Features
1.
We may improve, adjust, or retire specific features for security, legal, technical, or business reasons.
2.
We will not intentionally reduce already-paid core entitlements during an active period except when required for legal/compliance or safety reasons.
6. Misuse and Enforcement
We may restrict or suspend Membership-related access if we reasonably detect abuse, fraud, payment risk, policy violations, or unlawful activity.
7. Limitation
Membership provides software features only. It does not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact sensor accuracy, or specific third-party service uptime.
