PlantScan product (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Company", or "this software") hereby specifically reminds you (the user) that before registering as a user, please carefully read this "Terms of Service" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") to ensure that you fully understand all the terms in this Agreement. Please read it carefully and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement. Unless you accept all the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to register, log in, or use the services covered by this Agreement. Your actions such as registration, login, and use will be deemed as acceptance of this Agreement and consent to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between us and the user regarding this software service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). "User" refers to an individual who registers, logs in, and uses this Service. This Agreement may be updated by us at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice, and users can check the latest version of the agreement terms on this website. After we modify the agreement terms, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by us. Continued use of the services provided by us by the user will be deemed as acceptance of the modified agreement.​

The services provided include free services and paid services. Users can purchase paid services by paying.​

3.
This application only provides relevant network services. In view of the special nature of network services, users agree that the Company has the right to change, suspend, or terminate part or all of the network services (including paid network services) at any time without prior notice. The Company does not guarantee that the network services will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security, or accuracy of the network services.​

4.
Disclaimer: The Company shall not be liable for any interruption of network services within a reasonable time caused by the following circumstances;​
a.
The Company needs to conduct regular or irregular inspections or maintenance on the platforms providing network services or related equipment, and reserves the right to suspend any part of this service for maintenance, upgrade, or other purposes without prior notice.​
b.
Due to force majeure events such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, lightning, or terrorist attacks;​
c.
The user's computer hardware and software, communication lines, or power supply lines malfunction;​
d.
Due to reasons such as virus, Trojan horse, malicious program attacks, network congestion, system instability, system or device failures, communication failures, power failures, bank reasons, third-party service defects, or government actions. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company will take reasonable actions to actively promote the restoration of normal service.​

The Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently modify or terminate this Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and shall not be liable to users or any third parties.​

The services provided by our company (including but not limited to the core functions provided by the software) are for guidance only, and any adverse consequences (except those caused by our company) shall be borne by the user. If you cannot accept this, please do not use this software.​

This product service is developed by our company and its copyright owners (and affiliated companies) or has been authorized by the corresponding rights holders. It provides services related to geographical location, including location query, path recording, etc. The specific service content is provided to you by this product "as is". When you register, you shall authorize us to use your geographical location information to successfully register an account for this product. Therefore, upon completion of registration, you represent that you agree to our extraction and use of your geographical location information. If you need to stop sharing your geographical location information with other users (referring to "friends" and "emergency contacts" who have been authorized by you to share your location), you may set it to the non-permitted status on your own. The services we provide include free services and paid services. Users can purchase paid services by paying a fee, specifically as follows: users purchase the paid services of this product by paying a certain amount of RMB through in-app purchases, thereby obtaining the right to use the paid services. For paid services, we will give users clear notice before they use them. Only when users confirm their agreement to pay the fee according to the aforementioned payment method and complete the payment can they use such paid services. The completion of the payment is subject to the confirmation notice of "payment completed" generated by the bank or third-party payment platform. After becoming a paid member, paid members have the right to decline the services of this product and may apply to cancel the paid membership service, but they will not receive a refund of the paid membership service fee. This product has the right to independently determine the form and specific content of its services, the right to independently change, suspend, or terminate some or all of its services, and the right to release new versions and require you to use them. Please ensure that you use this product service legally and safely to prevent dangerous situations. When using services that require an internet connection, you may consume network traffic, and the resulting traffic fees and other charges will be collected by your telecommunications service provider. Please consult your telecommunications service provider for the specific charging standards. This product service does not guarantee availability in regions or countries outside Chinese Mainland.​

8.
Paid members have the right to decline the services of this product and may apply to cancel the paid membership service, but will not receive a refund of the paid membership service fee. The following situations are exceptions: 1) With a disability certificate or poverty certificate. After providing the certificate, a refund is allowed, and free service can be applied for. 2) Upgrading to a higher-level package. For example, upgrading from a 3-month package to a 6-month package. Specific process: After purchasing the new package, the original package will be refunded and exchanged. 3) Loss of mobile phone number. After proving identity, a refund is supported. Specific process: From the time of becoming a member to the time of proving identity, fees will be deducted proportionally. 4) In principle, no refund will be provided if the user is unable to continue using the service due to other reasons.​

In the product and service offerings of this product, the strikethrough price may be the guiding price of the product, a previously displayed selling price, etc., and is for your reference only. The non-strikethrough price is the selling price of the product, and the specific transaction price shall be subject to the order settlement price.​

2.
User Account​

1.
Users shall be fully responsible for the security of their usernames and passwords. Each user shall be responsible for all activities and events conducted under their username. This website may change the user's password at any time upon the user's instruction. If any unauthorized use of the username or password is discovered, or if there is a violation of confidentiality regulations, or any illegal use of the username or security vulnerability is found, the user must immediately notify this website. The company shall not assume any liability for any illegal use of the account caused by hacking or the user's negligence in safekeeping.​

Formal users can obtain the service content corresponding to the user privilege level stipulated by this product, and the Company reserves the right to change the privilege level of members.​

3.
You are required to properly safeguard your account, which is for your personal use only. You shall be responsible for all actions taken under all accounts in your name, including but not limited to illegal activities and arrears committed by the accounts. Without legal provisions, orders from competent authorities, or our permission, you shall not transfer control and use of the account to a third party. In case of losses caused by unauthorized transfer to a third party, we reserve the right to require you and the third party to bear joint and several liability.​

If you discover any situation that may endanger the security of your account, such as illegal use, you shall immediately notify this APP in an effective manner to request the suspension of relevant services. You understand that this APP requires a reasonable amount of time to take action on your request, and this APP shall not be liable for any consequences (including but not limited to any losses of yours) that have occurred before taking action.​

5.
You may cancel your previously registered account at any time. You can do so by contacting customer service. After canceling your account, we will stop providing you with products or services and, upon your request, delete your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.​

6.
The ownership of the account you registered belongs to our company, and you only have limited usage rights to this account. Unless there are other legitimate reasons and with the consent of our company, you shall not gift, transfer, sell, lend, or rent the account to others.​

III. Usage Instructions

1.
Since location information involves user privacy, the location function is mainly used for protecting relatives and friends. It requires both parties to download and authorize each other before use. Obtaining geographical information must be carried out with the knowledge and consent of both users. This application is only for use among relatives and friends. Juveniles should use it under the guidance of guardians. Please be aware of the above before downloading.​

2.
This application is only for use among family members, relatives, acquaintances, and friends. It is prohibited to use this software to illegally obtain or assist other third parties in obtaining others' location information. Any illegal use or use that violates the platform's relevant agreements will result in the platform having the right to immediately and compulsorily cancel/suspend the account upon discovery.​

3.
This product requires both parties to jointly download and authorize the acceptance of each other's friend request before it can be used.​

4.
You understand and agree that the use of this product service requires integration with relevant devices. You warrant that you are the legal owner or user of the device you are using; otherwise, you shall immediately cease using this product and return the device to its owner. If you perform any operations on the device you are using, such as flashing, disassembling, modifying, etc., that may affect the device's performance, it may result in partial or full unavailability of this product's services. You understand and shall bear this risk and any corresponding losses on your own, and this product shall not assume any liability for this. If you gift, transfer, sell, lend, or rent the device you are using to others, you shall fully inform them of the existence of this product service and the content of all usage instructions and agreement terms (including but not limited to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy). You must log out of your account before delivering the device. Otherwise, you shall be solely responsible for any consequences and losses arising therefrom, and this product shall not assume any liability for this. You understand and agree that when using this product service, you shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, norms, policies, administrative orders, and social ethics. During the use of this product service, you shall not engage in, nor consent to, authorize, or instruct any other entity to engage in, any of the following acts, as specified in the content specification constraints.​

For the purpose of providing services for this product and your use of the services of this product, this product hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable ordinary use license, enabling you to use the relevant services of this product in the manner permitted by this Agreement for your personal non-commercial purposes. You shall not, and you warrant that you will not allow others to use the services of this product for commercial purposes so as to directly or indirectly obtain any form of benefit. If you have commercial needs, please contact this product in a timely manner, obtain the written permission of this product in advance, and enter into a separate written agreement with this product.​

6.
To fully ensure the security of your account information, if you have not used your account with our company or logged in to your product account with our company through other means approved by our company for three consecutive months, and the account is not within the paid validity period, our company has the right to cancel the account, and you will no longer be able to log in or use our company's services through this account.​

7.
If you use our company's services, it means you agree that our company may send you messages (including but not limited to activities, promotions, advertisements, publicity, or other commercial information) through relevant software and websites, and you also agree that our company may send the aforementioned messages via the mobile phone number, email address, or other contact information you provided. If you no longer agree to our company sending you the above messages, please clearly inform our company by unsubscribing from text messages, sending an email, or other written forms.​

7.
Without the written authorization of our company, users only have the right to use the software internally and shall not directly or indirectly (such as through screen recording, introduction, logo) publish relevant content such as the software on other third-party public platforms (except for sharing with WeChat contacts, family members, and friends). Otherwise, it will be deemed as an infringement of the copyright of our company's products, and our company has the right to pursue liability and claim compensation.​

IV. Content Specification

The content described in this article refers to any content created, uploaded, copied, published, or disseminated by users during the use of this service, including but not limited to registration information and authentication materials such as account avatars, names, user descriptions, or text, voice, images, videos, graphics and text, etc., sent, replied, or automatically replied messages and related linked pages, as well as other content generated through the use of the account or this service.​

2.
Users shall not use the product account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content prohibited by laws, regulations, and policies as follows:​

(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;​

(3) Those that damage national honor and interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;​

(5) Those that undermine the state's religious policies, promote cults and feudal superstitions;​

(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability;​

(7) Disseminating pornographic, vulgar, gambling, violent, homicidal, terrorist content or inciting crime;​

(8) Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests;​

(9) Failing to comply with the requirements of the "Seven Bottom Lines," including the bottom lines of laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, social public order, moral conduct, and information authenticity;​

(10) Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.​

3.
Users shall not use the product account or this service to create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with the normal operation of the product and infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties, including but not limited to the following:​

(1) Contains any sexual or sexually suggestive content;

(2) Contains content that is abusive, intimidating, or threatening;

(3) Contains harassing, spam, malicious, or deceptive information;

(4) Involving the privacy, personal information, or data of others;
