SuperCompass User Agreement

Welcome to SuperCompass ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). This User Agreement governs your access to and use of the App and related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Service Scope
1.
SuperCompass is a utility app that currently provides compass, altimeter, weather display, spirit level, location picker, and photo watermark features.
2.
Certain features depend on device permissions, network connectivity, and third-party services (such as map, weather, and in-app purchase services).
3.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature as needed for product, legal, security, or operational reasons.
2. Acceptable Use
1.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.
2.
You may not misuse the App, including reverse engineering, unauthorized data extraction, interference, abuse, fraud, circumvention of technical controls, or any activity that harms us, users, or third parties.
3.
You may not use the App to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
3. Permissions and Device Capabilities
1.
Location permission is used for location-based compass context, altitude and weather display, and map interactions.
2.
Camera and photo library permissions are used for capture/select/save actions related to watermark photos.
3.
Sensor data (such as compass and motion-related inputs) is used to provide real-time tool functionality.
4.
You can revoke permissions in system settings at any time. Some features may not function without required permissions.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
1.
The App may offer paid subscriptions (for example, SuperCompass Pro) to unlock premium features.
2.
Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms and billing systems.
3.
Subscription terms, billing, cancellation, and renewal details are described in the Membership Service Agreement and Auto-Renewal Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
1.
The App and its content, including software, UI, text, graphics, and trademarks, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2.
Except as expressly allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, lease, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
1.
Compass, location, altitude, pressure, and weather outputs may be affected by hardware limitations, calibration status, network conditions, operating environment, and third-party data sources.
2.
The App is for informational and convenience purposes only and is not a substitute for certified professional instruments or emergency/safety systems.
3.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the App.
7. Privacy
1.
We process data as described in the Privacy Policy.
2.
The Privacy Policy is part of this Agreement.
8. Minors
If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with parent or guardian consent.
9. Changes and Termination
1.
We may revise this Agreement to reflect product, legal, or compliance updates.
2.
Updated terms become effective when posted in the App unless stated otherwise.
3.
Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
