At Just Cam, we believe in transparency and respect for your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our Just Cam – Raw Portrait & Film Camera application ("App").
1. Data We Do NOT Collect
Just Cam is designed to operate entirely offline—we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal or sensitive user data, including but not limited to:

No Camera Roll Access: The App only accesses photos you explicitly choose to import for editing. It cannot scan or read other files in your gallery.

No Facial Recognition: Even in Raw Portrait mode, all face-related processing (e.g., dynamic range adjustment) happens locally. No biometric data is extracted or stored.

No Location Tracking: The App never requests or uses GPS/metadata from your photos.
•
No User Identifiers: We do not collect device IDs (e.g., IDFA, UDID), IP addresses, or account information.

No Analytics/Tracking: Zero third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook SDK) are embedded.
2. How Your Photos Are Processed

Local Processing Only: All edits (film filters, white balance adjustments) occur on your device. Images are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.
•
Temporary Cache: Imported photos are cached temporarily during editing sessions. This cache is automatically cleared when you close the App or complete edits.
•
Export Control: Edited photos are saved only to your designated album. You retain full ownership.
3. Permissions Explained
The App requests the following permissions solely for core functionality:

Photos (iOS): To import images for editing and save final outputs. You can deny this access without losing other features.
•
Camera (iOS): Only to capture new photos within the App.
4. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
5. Data Security

Encryption: Cache files are sandboxed and encrypted using iOS/macOS system protocols.

No Backend Servers: The App has no server infrastructure, eliminating cloud-based breaches.
6. Third-Party Services
Just Cam contains zero ads, trackers, or integrations with external platforms (e.g., social media logins).
7. Policy Updates
If this policy changes, we will notify users via App Store update notes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
