1. Introduction

ThinkFlow ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our ThinkFlow mobile application (the "App"), including the iOS app, Apple Watch companion app, and associated widgets.​

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Voice and Audio Data

- Voice Recordings: When you use the recording feature, your voice is captured and processed locally on your device using Apple's Speech Recognition framework.​

-Transcriptions: Voice recordings are transcribed to text on your device. The transcribed text may be sent to our AI service for intelligent structuring and organization.​

- Audio Files: Audio recordings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to external servers without your explicit action.​

2.2 AI Processing

We use a third-party AI service to structure and organize your transcribed text into notes and to-do items.​

- Only the transcribed text content is sent to the AI service. No personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, phone number, or device ID) is transmitted.​

We do not permanently store your text content on our servers. The AI service processes your text in real-time and does not retain it after processing.​

2.3 Subscription and Purchase Data

All subscription and purchase transactions are handled entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit framework.​

- We do not collect, process, or store any payment information, credit card numbers, or billing details.​

We only verify your subscription status locally on your device through Apple's StoreKit 2 API.​

2.4 Local Data Storage

- Notes, To-dos, and Tags: All your content is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.​

- iCloud Backup (optional, requires Basic subscription or higher): If you choose to enable iCloud backup, your data is backed up to your personal iCloud account managed by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data.​

- Widget Data: Widget data is shared between the main app and widget extensions through a secure App Group container on your device.​

2.5 Apple Watch Data

The Apple Watch companion app syncs data with your iPhone using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework.​

All data transmitted between your iPhone and Apple Watch is encrypted by the operating system.​

The Watch app stores a local copy of your data for offline access.​

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

- ❌ We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personal contact information.​

- ❌ We do not use any advertising tracking, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking tools.​

- ❌ We do not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework because we do not track you.​

- ❌ We do not share, sell, or rent your data to any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.​

- ❌ We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data.

4. Data Security

- All network communications between the App and our services use HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.2+).​

- Sensitive credentials (such as API tokens) are stored in the iOS Keychain, Apple's secure credential storage system.​

Your notes and to-do data remain on your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud backup.​

We follow industry best practices for data protection and security.​

5. Data Retention and Deletion
