About Duovo
Duovo is a dual camera video creation app designed to help users capture themselves and the world around them at the same time. With front and back camera recording, Duovo makes it easier to create Vlogs, travel videos, social media content, and personal memories.

Camera Requirements
Duovo requires access to your device camera to provide video recording features.
Camera access is used only when you actively use recording functions. Duovo does not access your camera in the background.
For devices with different hardware capabilities, available camera features may vary depending on the device model and operating system version.
Microphone Requirements
Duovo requires microphone access when recording videos with audio.
Microphone access is used only to capture audio during recording sessions. Duovo does not record audio when the recording feature is not active.
Troubleshooting
Camera does not work
Please try the following:

Make sure camera permission is enabled:

Android: Settings → Apps → Duovo → Permissions

Close other apps that may be using the camera.
3.
Restart Duovo and try again.
No audio in videos
Please check:
1.
Microphone permission is enabled.
2.
Your device is not in silent mode.
3.
The microphone is not blocked or damaged.
Video recording performance issues
For better performance:

Close unnecessary background apps.
•
Ensure your device has enough storage space.
•
Use the latest supported operating system version.
