PixColor Privacy Policy

PixColor is a lightweight photo creation app that helps users turn their own photos into styled color cards and export them as images or Live Photos.​

This Privacy Policy explains what information PixColor accesses, how that information is used, and what data is not collected.​

1. Information PixColor Accesses

PixColor may access the following information only when you choose to use related features:​

Photos selected by you from your device Photo Library​

•
Embedded photo metadata contained in the selected photo, such as:​

location metadata already stored in the photo file​

Live Photo resources when you choose a Live Photo and use Live Photo export​

PixColor also requests permission to save exported results back to your Photo Library.​

2. How PixColor Uses This Information

PixColor uses the accessed information only to provide its core features, including:​

importing a photo you selected​

extracting theme colors from the selected photo​

displaying or editing photo-related text such as date and location​

•
creating color card previews​

•
generating cutout effects​

•
exporting edited images or Live Photos​

•
saving final results to your Photo Library​

3. Data Collection

PixColor does not create user accounts.

PixColor does not collect, store, sell, or share your personal data with the developer or third parties.​

PixColor does not upload your photos, metadata, edits, or exported results to external servers for its core functionality.​

4. On-Device Processing

PixColor performs its core image processing on-device using Apple system frameworks, including SwiftUI, PhotosUI, PhotoKit, Vision, and Core Image.​

This means your selected content is processed locally on your device for the app’s main editing and export features.​

5. Location Information

PixColor does not request real-time location from your device.
