Welcome to StickerPop ("StickerPop", "we", "our", or "us").

StickerPop is an AI-powered sticker creation app that transforms your photos into fun, personalized stickers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services.​

Information We Collect​

Photos You Choose

StickerPop only accesses photos that you explicitly select or capture using your device's camera.​

These photos are used solely to provide the sticker generation features you request, including but not limited to:​

StickerPop never scans your photo library without your permission.

Portrait Image & Facial Related Data Processing

Collection & UsageOur app only collects portrait photos that users actively upload from camera or local photo album with explicit user permission. We will never scan photo library automatically without consent. Uploaded photos containing human faces are only used to generate custom AI stickers, and shall not be used for facial recognition, biometric matching, advertising or any irrelevant purposes. We do NOT extract facial feature points, facial biometrics or face templates from any uploaded images.​

Data Retention & StorageAll original uploaded portrait images are only temporarily stored on encrypted secure cloud servers during sticker rendering. The system will automatically and permanently delete all original photos within 24 hours after sticker generation is completed. We will not permanently store user portrait data on cloud servers, and no facial biometric data will be cached locally on users’ devices.​

Data SharingWe will never share, sell, rent or disclose uploaded portrait photos and any derived image data to any third-party companies, advertising platforms, data service providers or external partners under any circumstances. No face-related data will be transferred to third parties, so equal third-party data protection clauses are not required.​

Consent Revocation & Data Deletion​

Users may revoke photo/camera access permission at any time via device Settings > StickerPop > Photos/Camera, which stops the app from accessing new portrait images.​

All locally generated sticker files can be manually deleted by users inside the app at any time.​

Server automatically purges all uploaded original portrait photos within 24 hours, no manual deletion operation required from users.​

AI Image Processing

Some features require cloud-based AI processing.

When you use these features, the images you select may be securely transmitted to our AI servers for processing.​

Uploaded images are used only to complete your requested task.

Unless otherwise required for technical reasons, images are automatically deleted after processing.​
