FitBox Tracker (“the App”) respects your privacy. The App does not use the network, does not provide accounts, and does not upload your data to any server.
1. What data we access/process
With your permission, the App uses Apple’s HealthKit framework to read and write workout-related data in Apple Health to provide workout tracking features. The data types may include:
- Read: Heart Rate, Active Energy Burned, and other fitness-related data (depending on your permissions and device capabilities)
- Write: Workout records and related workout summary information (depending on your permissions and implementation)
You can review or change permissions anytime in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health, or within the Health app’s permission management.
2. How we use the data
We use the data only to:

Display live workout metrics on Apple Watch (e.g., duration, heart rate, active energy, punch stats)
•
Generate a post-workout summary (e.g., average heart rate, active energy, punch and punch-type stats)
•
Save workout records locally on your device so you can review and compare progress over time
3. Storage and sharing
- No network: The App does not include network communication features and does not upload personal data.
- Local storage: Workout records and stats are stored locally on your device (as part of the app’s on-device data).
- No sharing: We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties.
- Third-party SDKs: The App does not use third-party advertising/analytics SDKs for data collection (if this changes, we will update this policy).
4. Your choices and control
You can:

Revoke HealthKit permissions at any time. If revoked, some metrics may show --, and the App may not be able to read/write Health data.

Delete the App to remove locally stored records (app data on iOS/watchOS).
•
Delete workouts written to Apple Health by removing those workout records in the Health app.
5. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Changes to this policy
If the App’s features or data handling changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and revise the effective date above.
