Thank you for playing PokerAI Mate ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how, or rather how we do not, collect, use, and share information about you when you use our mobile application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
A. Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information. PokerAI Mate is designed to be a lightweight, offline-first application. We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personally identifiable information to use the core features of the App.
B. Usage and Analytics Data
We do not track, store, or transmit your in-game poker hands, strategies, or personal win/loss records to our servers. All AI calculations and replay data are stored locally on your device.
Apple may collect anonymous crash reports and basic usage metrics if you have opted in to share diagnostics with developers through your iOS device settings. This data is aggregated by Apple and does not identify you personally.
C. In-App Purchases and Financial Data
Our App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., Pro Membership, Elite Membership). All payment processing is handled securely and entirely by Apple Inc. through your Apple ID account. We do not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or exact purchase history.
Apple only provides us with an anonymous cryptographic receipt to verify your active subscription status and unlock premium features within the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
Since we do not collect personal data, we do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or targeted advertising. The anonymous subscription receipts provided by Apple are used solely to:

3. Data Retention
Because we do not collect your personal data, we have nothing to retain. If you wish to delete your offline game progress and settings, you can simply uninstall the App from your device.

Our App is a poker strategy and simulation tool. It is not intended for use by children under the age of 17 due to simulated gambling elements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
5. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, if necessary, provide a notice within the App.
